...are all now pretty much in the Permian Basin basket.

We've already run out of places to put the oil, and associated gas. What do we run out of next? Money to loan the LTO industry? Sand? Remember, there is always Padre Island. Water to frac the tens of thousands of wells we're being promised... or just places to put the damn things?
