Note, the bailer is racked back. This appears to be a self-contained unit with a fuel oil supplied boiler on the front. Maybe a water well unit but Tulare County contains shallow oil production in the Lost Hills Field, on regional strike with the great, Coalinqa and Kettleman Dome Fields.
