are an abomination. They have nothing to

Richard Masson, an executive fellow and energy expert at the University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy, told The Canadian Press earlier this week that killing Keystone XL could force U.S. Gulf Coast refineries to import more oil from countries like Saudi Arabia and Iraq, instead of from Canada.

Here's a little covey of Eagle Ford shale oil
wells in S. Texas I had interest in that cost a cool
$38MM or so and won't recover enough in their
sorted lives to pay back 60% of those costs. That means they're above average.
